Tulsi Dress

This multi-layered, oversized Tulsi dress is made from matka silk and cotton. The fabric was handloomed by an artisan in her Bhaktapur home, and designed and sewn in the city by a small team of women. The material is lightweight and flowey making this Tulsi dress incomparably comfortable.
